Selling a home can be challenging. In a highly competitive housing market, it is imperative to give your home the competitive edge over comparable listings. Staging is an effective marketing tool. Through deliberate design, staging provokes an emotional connection with buyers and eliminates questions that may hinder the sale. Staged homes spend less time on the market and oftentimes receive offers well above asking price. Dazzle is a vacant home staging company that has been consistently recognized for providing first-class professional support and for designing magazine worthy interiors. Comprised of a talented team of creative stagers, friendly facilitators and attentive movers, Dazzle is able to stay up on trends, provide top-level customer service and transform a vacant home into a buyer’s dream home.
