Will staging my home really make a difference?

Let’s face it…it’s a beauty contest out there, and the most attractive homes usually sell the fastest. Improving the presentation of your home is the best option you have in helping your home stand apart from the competition and getting it sold quickly.

What is included when you stage my St. Louis home?

Generally speaking, all of the furniture, area rugs, artwork, plants, lighting and accessories needed to give your home that model home feel. The design plan and installation of the furnishings and the removal once the home sells are included in the cost of the staging.

What is the quality of your furniture and do you use furniture from rental companies?

At Dazzle, we own all of our inventory. We use only brand new, top quality furniture that is suitable for the high-end homes we stage. By not relying on furniture rental companies, we can control the quality of our furnishings and provide a superior design for the homes we stage.

How long will it take to stage my home?

In most cases, staging a vacant home takes approximately 2 days from start to finish.

What rooms are the most important to stage?

We recommend focusing on the public areas of the home including formal living rooms, dining rooms, family rooms and kitchens, and also the master suite. Additionally, any rooms that the potential buyer may find difficult to furnish, or that may have an unusual layout.
